Brief
Legal's biggest event needed a concept as ambitious as its attendees.
LEX Summit is Filevine's flagship annual conference and the most important brand moment of the year for a company powering thousands of law firms across North America. For 2025, the ask was to develop a complete creative vision for the event. A fully realized world that attendees would walk into, wear, compete in, and talk about long after they flew home.
Legal professionals are an exclusive, credential-driven audience who are fluent in prestige. A conference theme has to earn their buy-in, not just ask for it. The concept needed to feel elevated without feeling inaccessible, playful without feeling cheap, and cohesive enough to hold across every touchpoint from website to tee box.

The Creative Concept "Members Only"
LEX Summit 2025 was transformed into the most exclusive private club in the county. The Grand America became a swanky country club complete with a dress code, custom swag, hall-side pickleball, golf simulators at lunch, and a Kentucky Derby-themed opening night. The concept gave every session, party, and piece of branded collateral and connected theme.
